David Reinecker, quite simply, has saved my family. During the summer of 2004, I was facing a heart-wrenching & devastating "Sophie's Choice" -- which of my two female rescued dogs (Ginger & Penny) would I be forced to give away so that the bloody fights between them would stop. I have had these two dogs living in my home (along with my male rescued dog, Toby) for nearly five years, and for unknown reasons, the relationship between Ginger & Penny deteriorated terribly this summer -- to the point where they were having frequent fights without warning.

I spent a good deal of time talking with friends and trainers who were not specialists in aggression about how to deal with my situation, and almost everyone thought the best solution was to permanently separate the dogs by finding a new home for one of them. Since these pets are truly my children, I knew I had to find another option. But time was running out. The latest fight between Ginger & Penny resulted in my accidentally receiving a painful bite on my leg while trying to separate the two dogs. Thank goodness my veterinarian, Dr. Sandy Milo, knew that David was an accomplished animal behavioralist specializing in dog aggression. I called his number and spoke with his knowledgeable and understanding associate, Tatiana, who listened to my story and gave me an emergency appointment. David came to my home 3 days later, and began to restore sanity in my life.

Along with being a dog-lover, I also work for Guide Dogs for the Blind at their kennel facility in Topanga Canyon where I take care of dogs all day long. Needless to say, I abhore any mistreatment or abuse of dogs or any animals. I was immediately reassured and impressed with Tatiana's description of David's gentle approach to working with problems of aggression. Upon his arrival at my house, David's sweet and loving manner toward my dogs reinforced everything Tatiana had said. Moreover, David gently pointed out that I was also contributing to the problem between the dogs, due to my anxiety, fear and stress level. His training utilized practical techniques as well as some homeopathic remedies that were effective and easy to implement. Most of all, they worked!! And they worked within a fairly short amount of time.

I can't begin to describe how grateful I am to David for saving my family and restoring peace and harmony in my house. My kids are getting along great now, and I know David will always be there for me if any problems arise and will know how to help me. It is a huge comfort and I can now sleep at night knowing I will never be faced with that horrible "Sophie's Choice" ever again.
